Production Line

The 3rd and 5th floors serve as the first and second production workshops, equipped with two pre-assembly lines, two integrated packaging production lines, and two 360-degree fully automated hanging assembly lines independently designed and customized by SOBOWO. These facilities accommodate up to 40 employees working simultaneously, achieving an average production time of 2-3 minutes per unit, which is five times more efficient than traditional ground assembly lines.

Additionally, we have introduced advanced automated wheel truing and spoke lacing machines from the Netherlands, further modernizing our production and improving efficiency by 1.5 times, with an annual output of 150,000 units.

Warehouse Area

The 1st and 6th floors are dedicated to the warehouse, covering an area of 12,000 square meters. The warehouse is dry and well-ventilated, with all parts wrapped in pearl cotton bubble wrap. Warehouse personnel also regularly maintain the components.

Warehouse Management

To better improve production efficiency, warehouse personnel use advanced ERP warehouse management software to precisely manage each material, ensure accurate material distribution, and maintain smooth production flow, providing a guarantee for timely delivery to the production department.

R&D Equipment

Our factory includes an R&D laboratory, a new product testing area, a frame manufacturing section, and a frame painting area. We continuously conduct motor power tests, controller maximum current output tests, wheel static load tests, frame vibration tests, and handlebar torque tests. With an excellent R&D team and professional equipment, we offer more than 100 models to choose from and maintain a leading pace in introducing new models.

1. Incoming Material Quality Control
2. Assembly Process Quality Control
3. Final Quality Control.
From the first step of receiving parts, we strictly monitor and continuously test them using advanced instruments to ensure every small component meets our high standards. After the vehicle assembly, it undergoes over 165 quality inspections and riding tests.
